A factory reset wipes the pairing and starts Cell2Jack fresh. Do it if the red light is solid but you still hear that the phone is not connected, or when you want to move Cell2Jack to a new cell phone.
- Pick up your home phone so it is off the hook.
- Press 82#83# on the keypad. You should hear a short tone, then the words power on.
- Unplug Cell2Jack power, wait a moment, and plug it back in to reboot.
- Pair your cell phone again. See pair your cell phone the first time.
If your cell phone was paired to Cell2Jack before, open your cell phone Bluetooth settings and remove, or un-pair, Cell2Jack there first. Then pair again.
