What happens on a call
When someone calls your cell number, your cell phone answers over the cell network as usual. Cell2Jack hears the call over Bluetooth and puts it on the phone line it feeds, so your home phones ring. Pick up any of them. Dialing out works the same way in reverse: the home phone's keypad drives your cell phone.
Your old landline number can come along. Port it to your cell plan and it keeps working on every phone in the house.

About cell phone radiation
A home phone puts distance between the cell phone and your head.
