You can change most Cell2Jack settings straight from your home phone. Pick up the phone so it is off the hook, then press the code on the keypad. You should hear a short tone after each one.

Reboot Cell2Jack.

Ring back test.

Turn on robot call screening. A caller must press 000 to connect.

Turn off robot call screening. This is the default.

Normal ring strength. This is the default.

Strong ring strength. Use it if a loaded line stops the phone ringing.
24# to 28#
Speaker volume. 24# is lowest, 28# is highest, 26# is the default.
30# to 33#
Hook detection speed. 30# is lowest, 33# is highest, 31# is the default. Raise it if the line has too much load and calls drop.
35#
Turn DTMF tone commands on or off, so the keypad works with phone menus.
37# to 39#
DTMF tone command sensitivity. 37# is lowest, 39# is highest.
60#
Turn off Bluetooth media audio.
61#
Turn on Bluetooth media audio. Routes all sound, including music and alerts, to the home phone.
70# to 74#
Off hook voltage, the power sent to your phone. 70# is lowest, 74# is highest, 72# is the default.
80#
Turn off echo cancellation.

Turn on echo cancellation. This is the default.
90# to 94#
Microphone volume. 90# is lowest, 94# is highest, 92# is the default.

If the microphone is still too quiet after these, the fix is in your cell phone Bluetooth settings, not Cell2Jack.
